24hrs. after you stop smoking your nasal passages will be cleared. The anti bodies in your lungs start to regenerate again, cleaning process will start and after 7 mos. your totally nicotene free. Well that's my guess.

Well my mom stopped smoking right away. THere was nothing out of the ordinary that happened to her. She probably was a little depressed over the days and craving but it wasnt anything that serious. I know that when you stop smoking right away it will eventually add years to your life. That is why I am thankful that I dont smoke, I want to live for a very long time.

Thats the best move. dont smoke...it will give u nothing but bad affects. try to help other who smoke...and make them quit. Thanks for the response

I don't smoke enough for my body to be effected if I stop. I only smoke once in a while whenever I drink which is like once a month or so. My body hasn't gotten addicted to it yet.
