Life is hard sometimes...

We have had a heck of a few weeks.
At night, we sit down and look at each other and think, "Whew! We made it through one more."
Between work, illness in the family and other things popping up, out energy is simply zapped! We are taking tomorrow to recharge and get some things done. If our buckets are empty, we can't help anyone else fill theirs and although it seems selfish, it also seems at this moment necessary!
Life is hard, but I'm so thankful to have it....and I need to remember that at the end of each day.

I know what you mean and you are right at least you have to be thankful there is another day to live. I sure hope things go better for you and have a good night and relax.

I know the feeling of such a scenario but like your last line I never give up and still filled with hope that tomorrow is another story...
