When the prey fights back

Hi friends. In this post I would like to chat about those times when the prey fights back. The reason I want to chat about it is because a few days ago I saw a crow attacking a cat. I assume that the cat tried to attack the bird first but then the tables turned and the cat was the one being attacked. The crow was very angry and noisy and the cat ran away probably being very scared. Have you ever seen a situation like that when the prey fights back?

I don't think the cat wanted to eat that crow. Crows attack cats because they have nests. They defend their babies. I saw something similar. Many crows attacked a cat because their baby was there.

Such happens in life, usually some prey tend to be strong enough to face their preditors.

When we lived in Colorado this really big black crow was trying to get all the small animals in our area. Animal control caught the crow and turned it loss somewhere else.
