That feeling when suddenly you smell something familiar from your childhood that brings back memories from when you are a child. Miss being careless and worry free.

Yeah, specially if you are facing a difficulties in your currently life and when the time you sat down. It will eventually occur to your mind how nice it would be to be a kid.

There is a strong olfactory memory and definitely smells evoke emotions. They might upset us or make us feel nostalgic.

We often go through nostalgia I think once a week, even similar smell plays a role in that
