My delicious and nutritious dessert!

As the picture shows, I have sugar-free yogurt along with honey and some frozen strawberries 
In hot summer weather, in addition to eating hot and fresh main dishes that have just been baked and made from hot heat, then enjoying a cool, nutritious dessert like this is nothing better 
Have you ever eaten this kind of dessert? Or try it once, I'll bet you'll like it right away!

Sounds good, some make ice cream from frozen berries and banana and one can add some yogurt - and a bit honey too.. a mixer can make it like a great ice cream..

@alexjessi we always have yogurt here. It usually has fruit flavor like strawberry or mango.
