should ganguly be called back in the team??

When it comes to cricket am sure its the most talked about subject in india.With the current team performance it seems that some players need a rest for sure and what about the captain.I guess rahul dravid is not able to take the responsibility properly and its affecting his game for sure. I think ganguly might have to be called back not bcoz of his batting for sure but for his captaincy as he has been one of the most succesful captain.I believe a good leader is what we need right now! what say??
