I kind of learned from the experience that listening to other people and just keeping that inside builds up a lot of anger and resentment so it's always better to be blunt about things with people and also being assertive definitely helps out.... if anyone insults you or say things on your back, it's better to approach them and clear it.. because if not it will get in your head and eat you from inside.. what do you think?

This is true. Some people can really get to your nerves. Best thing is to give chance to the other person and if they are still the same then you are better off keeping a little distance. It’s best to be in your own comfort zone and be around people who bring out the best in you!

Indeed. I have noticed that more I talk to some people, more they try to get on my nerves.

@AnSal07 indeed it is a bit harder to move on when they are family members.

@skysnap yeah, it is like they are looking for answers so that they can put you down and make you feel bad! Best thing in my opinion is to move on and as they say ignorance is bliss!

This is me. I am blunt. But in a nice way. I dont just keep silent even if im right and that person is wrong. You are right, the anger just grows in your heart.

sometimes people have already made up their minds about you, so it doesn't matter what you say or do.
