Killing Hot outside !!!!!!!!!!!

My place is becoming so hotter now - a - days.
It seems like it's all fire outside.
We had a follow up with Doctor so we had no options, we went there at 1pm and the car was hot like fire inside and then sunstroke. O God ! My health got down because of it when I came back home. 
But I had some Glucon D drink this morning and I spoke to my Nephew on video call so I am better now after seeing his face.. 
I've decided not to go out between 12noon to 3pm. But I really feel for those who are working as labourers, vendors or working outside in this scorching heat.
May LORD keep them.!

I can hear some drilling going on around here also but its quite cool and now I think that they only work when the heat is at its lowest for things like road works and such.
Its very easy to get sun stroke here also so most avoid being out in the hottest part of the day.

I don´t think people here take it seriously how they can be affected at any age also.
The sun is much stronger than before so we have to be careful of what we do hope the man is okay not very nice to be affected like that.

Sounds like a lot of heat. We don't have the temps too high up but usually, they also get very hot toward the end of June and then I am going to the beach.
