Can't Wait to Leave Philly

Things are really going to heck here in Philadelphia. Just a couple days ago on the news it was reported that in a heated argument between 2 women over a parking spot, one of the women stabbed the other woman in the chest and she ended up dying in the hospital. The woman who did the stabbing was caught a few blocks away from where it happened which was in the neighborhood of the dentist office i used to work at. Glad I don't work there anymore but this is insanity. How do you take someone's life over a parking spot of all things? We will be saving up as fast as possible and hopefully we will be able to get our own house some where better. It is so sad what this city has turned into and it will only be getting worse. I love my family and I want to stay close but it will have to be from a different city. Have you heard of any gruesome news like this where you live? Do you wish you lived somewhere different than where you are?

I've checked the statistics for Intentional Homicides per 100.000 people on Wikipedia. The latest statistics is for the year 2016. For Germany the rate was 1,18 which meant 963 casualties. For the USA the rate was 5,35 which meant 17.250 casualties.

@CarolDM @IvySaysHi If you were men, you could consider moving to the Vatican state. The crime rate there is 0.00! Yet, only men are permitted to live there. And you should be a priest.

Nothing yet but I live outside the city limits thankfully. However it happens in all areas today. I hope you can get somewhere you feel safe.
