After 3 years...

Hello lovely people! I wanted to share with you the continued journey of something that I love and have been doing for a very long time but during my sophomore and senior year in high school and my junior year in college, I couldn't because of "quality" study. But it's never too late, I guess. So, I have started athletic YOGA again! There is a picture of me in one of the postures. I hope you all like it!
Also, i'd love to know what you guys love to do and tell me if you want to see more of this. I'd love to share! Good day, everyone!

Wow! That's a wonderful posture and it must have come after so much of practice. I do yoga thrice a week. Mine is mainly pranayam and few asanas.
