My daughters are both adopted from this country. For us, it was the right decision. I would like to see American children taken care of first, however I feel the adoptive parents must do what is right for their family. I certainly understand the fears of American adoptions. Many of the parents I have talked to are extremely afraid of having the bmom change her mind. After struggling with infertility, the thought of losing a child is just too much for some to bare.
