How long can you hold your cravings? / myLot

I’ve been craving for foods lately. Maybe this is what I got from watching cooking shows on Youtube.

I’m craving for cheesy hawaian pizza, a french fries with mayonaise topping, an ice cold chocolate, a burger with a lot of cheese of course no tomatoe, an egg sandwich, a cheesy sandwich, a sunny side up egg with cheese hotdogs and bacon, and a mangoe juice. Too many cravings, right? And last but not the least, a pancit canton with fried egg on top.

I don't think much about junk food. Over a period of time I have developed a healthy eating habit and have a good control on my cravings.

Good for you, I don’t follow a diet or something. My doctor simple told me to eat what I want to gain weight, and as long as I’m not into salty foods and more liquids.

@JustBhem That's good. I also eat well except the food that will shoot up my sugar. I have a good weight but I don't mind gaining two to three kg.

@arunima25 I have problem with gaining weight, that no matter how hard I try to eat a lot I am still not gaining.
