Even though I am completely ambulatory I still go to physical therapy three times a week. I still go to a regular gym the other days of the week but I think I have hit a rut. I am making gains on my lifting but I'm not seeing the physical results like more muslce and a drop in stored fat. i think I need someone to scream at me for fifteen minutes to get me motivated LOL What do you do when you aren't satisfied with your workout or results?

I just do more of it. Cycling and swimming are best for me. Tequila lifts...not so much.

I don't do workouts. Perhaps you need to include some other kind of exercise.

@freak369 It is very frustrating. I know what I am going to say has nothing to do with a gym but relates to your frustration. I have lost weight and have had compliments and can see in my clothes but when I take my clothes off I feel like I have not lost anything. I guess it just takes time and it will come. I just have to believe in yourself and know you are doing the right thing.
