So I have been wanting to achieve the tight curls... but when I had it done, I, unfortunately did not went to a high end salon, deactivated the thioglycolic acid by washing my hair immediately (due to the extremely hot weather back in Manila), and now, I ended up with this super dry hair. Lol.
Now, I'm at the point where I just want to cut it short and straighten it up with a flat iron from time to time.
The hair on the photo would've been great (photo not mine).
Any suggestions?

I am sorry to say am not good in suggestion. 2 years ago, I straightened my straight hair but later I found there are many broken hairs pop and makes my hair ugly. So I waited for another 1 year to grow all the hairs.

I think it will look good on you to have your hair cut. Give it a try!:)

I have had that idea of curling my hair but I have never tried it. I don't know any way to do that, sorry.

I've never curled my hair. I heard coconut milk is good for smoothing dry hair.
