Those who wish to have been doing it for many years and do not want to break from their traditions. They have seen their mothers do so and have seenall relatives do so and do not wish to break free from age old customs.Personally I do not wish to. I am hindu and we are also required to cover our face after marriage in front of in-laws and i have found it suffocating and restrictive especiall in summers or when its humid and I really salute those who do it through out their lives. Its too hot inside the veil. But still it should never be a forced thing but should be an individual choice I believe.
