Scrolling through Netflix can be a daunting process. If you stick to the categories like 'comedy' or 'rom-com' you are going to get a decent albeit vanilla selection to scout. If you are adventurous or have watched other 'strange' movie you should get recommendations via email or when you sign in to the app on your phone. That's how I ended up watching this flick. In a lot of ways this plays out like The Blair Witch Project but before I say another word I have to say that to get the most from this movie you need to watch it wearing headphones because the auditory level greatly enhances what you are viewing. The plot is pretty skimpy and if you are paying attention to the clue during the first 25 minutes you will be able to predict the outcome of the movie. It all goes back to “be careful what you wish for” and the cautionary tale of sleeping with the enemy. How does this mirror Blair Witch? I'll throw out soe key words: film students, shaky camera shots, auditory enrichment, a lot (and I mean a lot) of F-bombs, strange / spooky trinkets (comparable to the BW twig symbols) etc. I'd recommend this to those who like horror movies with an occult theme or anyone that fell in love with the first Blair Witch movie. It can get a little confusing to follow the plot and who is who when the camera angles change but honestly, even if you get tripped up on the identities when the big reveal happens you are going to do a face palm if you hadn't already figured it out. Horror movies are in the in things now. I am a fan of the horror one. The last time I watched in the cinema was titled "The burnt offerings" Have you got that in the CD?

I will have to look to see if that is on Netflix. I have always loved gore and horror movies and it's always interesting to see what the net generation brings to the table.

Well, this seems like a good movie recommendation. However, I think it is not for me since I don’t like anything scary. I am not one of those people who enjoys feeling scared or suspenseful. I like period pieces such as historical.

I dislike movies where after been through so much, the heroes just die.
