Relation of obesity and diabetes

Obesity is among the most common disease in the world. As a result to diabetes there are many other health risks associated with obesity. These health problems include metabolic disturbance such as insulin resistance, hypertension, sleep apnea, gallstone, arthritis and the mostly increase risk for stroke. Hyperglycemia is the most common complication of modern pregnancies. 0.1 percent woman per year have type 1 diabetes, 2% or 3% have type 2 diabetes and up to 12% have gestational diabetes. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus in all type increase has maternal and fatal risk. It is necessary to distinguish among types, because each type has different challenges during pregnancy time.

thats why i dont like to be obese because is associated with diabetes
