Diets maintain - control the good blood glucose levels

At the turn of 20th century, diets for all persons with diabetes limited carbohydrate and protein. This diets allowing predominantly consumption of fat. Thus diets maintain good blood glucose levels control for type 1 and type 2 diabetes. A dietician discusses meal plan option with the patient to reduce the blood glucose. Therefore medical nutrition therapy allows the patients to achieve and maintain optimal metabolic control. Patients can improve individual health through physical activity and healthy food choice. Hence patients should eat approximately the same quantity of food daily and eat at regular time and avoid skipping meal. A healthy diet for diabetic patients is high fiber food and also a variety of food from all food groups, reduce amount of fat, sugar and salt.
