Watched a cute movie over the weekend from 2017 called A Dog's Purpose. I enjoyed it a lot. I love animals and the dog movies are always a hit for me. I cried a few times but that is just what I do with some movies. Not a sad movie but it had moments of happy and sad, more happy than sad. The movie is about a dog trying to figure out what his purpose in life is, over the course of several lifetimes and owners. It is told from the dog's perspective. I recommend it if you enjoy these types of movies. Here is the trailer if you are interested. I would say the movie is a comedy adventure. Funny how many movies I see with Dennis Quaid. Have you seen this movie? I watched it on the TBS channel.
Directed by Lasse Hallström. With Josh Gad, Dennis Quaid, Peggy Lipton, Bryce Gheisar. A dog looks to discover his purpose in life over the course of several lifetimes and owners.

I didn't cry the whole time, only moments. I laughed more than anything. And it made me miss my Cassie I lost years ago. But good memories.

I have such a hard time with animal movies, I am a bawler when it comes to these kinds of movies.

I saw that movie about a month ago. It was a very touching movie especially when the dog gets reborn so many times over. Plus I really love dogs... oh and cats too... BTW, just a question for you: you are the same Carol DM who also writes on Virily? I am history gal on that site... I just restarting slowly posting here on mylot. I think I might have forgotten that I was registered here, let alone that I had posted some discussions...
