Meeting an online friend

@renicemae I met a woman in Jerusalem I knew from an online site. My husband and I visited her at home. Then we went to a restaurant together. I also met a young English woman in Londoin when I was there with a group of students. I invited her to accompany us on a guided tour. It took place in a part of London she had never been to! Afterwards we went to a pub and chatted. No danger anywhere.

@MALUSE Wow. You have some good experiences. I wish I'll be able to meet my online friend too soon :) Are you still in contact with those friends you met till now?

I really really like to but my partner is hindering me. He's thinking of my safety.

@renicemae I once met a group of people from a social networking site, I think we were about 8. I have also met 3 other online friends, but I didn't meet them at the same time, and they don't know eachother.

coz I'm married and people in our country easily judge people without knowing the real thing.

How was your meet up? Is it not awkward?

@renicemae at first yes because it's our first time meeting but then the second time things get better.

I see. This friend I'm talking about will be having a vacation in my country and invited me to meet him during his visit. I want to but I'm still skeptical.

@renicemae how long have you been talking to that friend? if you think that you shouldn't meet up with that friend, then don't.
