He sent the phone to an apple store for repair, and the after-sales staff said”Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear.Liquid damage not covered under warranty. ” At last Adam had to pay for all the repairs,he said to me that in 2016 he had also had his iPhone7 photographed in the pool and it's still working.
