yes i have chronic acidity problem. first you should take care of your digestion and your eating habbits. you should avoid eating non-veg., spicy, oily, deep fried stuff and should cut down straight or to minimum on tea and coffee. vegetables like brinjal, garlic, ginger, and fruits like papaya, pineapple should also be avoided. you should also stop or slow down on smoking and drinks too.soft drinks will also harm.

Yes, I had much but now reduced and still little problem each day feel. Drink having citric acid increase acidity. Eat much vegetable each day and some raw root vegetable, your acitity will cure. I eat rotten orange (little rotten)with salt which decreased my acidity. This is best medicine.

Smoking, alcohal, intake of tea, coffee, fried things etc should be avoided if one has acidity problem.
