Update! Still no internet connection!

I'm trying to contact them through facebook and they're just saying basic things like restarting the modem, unplug and plugin, etc until I decided to call the provider and told them the situation, In just a few minutes they told me that they can't detect my modem and it needs technician visit (Again!) Technician will go here tomorrow morning! I wish I can access myLot tomorrow without limit! See you tomorrow!

Yeah! They're all just like money! They'll work when you ask for a rebates but when you ignore them, they'll not notice you

They're able to fix it but unfortunately, it's just a temporarily. We're now going to request for an engineer to fix it

They're able to fix it but not permanently. Waiting for engineer to fix the issue.
