I'm Stressed, I Need To Run

Say 5 kilometers or more than that. 10K? I think its time to run again and let sweat out these negativity in my body and brains. In the house, in the office, people who are close and not so close to me is giving me headache and then the effect is stress. I don't want to baby this stress because I will become loser. I have done this before. Running releases some reactors in the body that fights the bad and heavy feeling. Anyway its been a long time I didn't run. Its time to hit the road again, by morning. Lets run.

running is always good although i not go regularly. Everyone has their own method to deal with things and you like to run so its good and run run my friend.

Running would be good for relieving stress. It releases endorphins which lift your mood. That's what I've read. I'll take their word for it - and yours.
