Health Report - Day 69

Some of you expressed disappointment that I wasn't going to give the health report anymore. So, here it is. I'm still tracking it. This is for yesterday. Calories: 1317 Sugar: 65.6 Carbs: 195.6 Protein: 105.1 Sodium: 396.2 Fat: 61.86 Calories Burned: Walking - 45 Minutes - 265 Total Calories: 1052 I'm surprised it was that low. I finished off the pot roast I made on Sunday, so not a lot to eat yesterday, but it was a good day. I'll keep this up since you are inspired by it. Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

That's what I'm hoping I'm doing. We'll see how today goes. I want to eat, but it's a want not a need, so I'm doing my best to stay out of the kitchen.

@just4him This is a fun challenge, keeping up with the daily progress you're making! I tried to be Mom's cheer leader, but she finally gave up trying. This mistake landed her in a hospital, getting open heart surgery

Thank you for posting again I need to start walking again I have gotten out of shape And with winter close that's not good ... I usually lose in the summer ..gain in the winter Not this year .. :(

Just keep on sharing for we're glad to know it. My walking exercise yesterday was 2 /kilometers and 1356 burned calories. That's what my monitor reads.

I think it is wonderful that you are doing this and that you are keeping it up here on mylot--I am not that disciplined although I am exercising more these days--and that has helped my blood pressure a bit more--maybe I should do a daily reading and see how things affect it--
