If you're a woman, what do you suggest for PMS pain? And menstrual pain in general? My belly has been killing me all night. I need some relief.

@missjackie This is going to sound weird, but apart from drinking a lot of water, green tea, having a heat pack on my stomach and taking pain killers, I will lay on my back and lift my legs up. Kinda like sit ups but the other way around (legs going up and down) so it's crunching my stomach. I personally don't feel any period pain while doing this. I do feel my muscles working and that's honestly way better than period pain. Do as many as you can, rest, then do more, rest, do more etc. For some reason it seems to help.

@missjackie You are very welcome Jackie! Best wishes! I always have terrible pain on the first day of my period as well as feeling nauseous. It's horrible so I sympathise with you.

I believe in this and it works well for me. Please drink loads of water. The pain occurs when the system has just started with the flow but it's yet to flush in it's speed. I mean, most women get their pain during later half of 1st and 2 nd day. This is because, the flow has just started but it's not released fully. This causes some cramps in our body. By drinking loads and loads of water, the system flushes the thingy fast and you'll be relieved soon. I also make sure to start drinking more water even before my period starts. This way, I will make my body so cool and hardly have any pain at that time. Apart from this, try also drinking tea and buttermilk with fenugreek seeds. This helps too.
