Kindness sharing site

Is it a good idea for you to create a compassionate site where anyone can share with others something positive or the help they have provided to someone, help actions for people in trouble like donations. In my opinion, this will increase people's satisfaction and also encourage others to do the same thing, a good example. What do you think? :)
