Good afternoon.Got my computer back and running very smoothly.
The cleaned it up.Dump all the trash that I had and had many.
Never dealt with Best Buy should have long time ago.
They were very wonderful and helpful to me.
I wasted so much money on these so call professional.
No more Best Buy is the place for me.
It was well worth it to me.Like a brand new computer.
Have a good afternoon.A big warm up this weekend.

That is awesome. I never had anything fixed by best buy, I just know I will probably never order anything online from them again, they are cursed when it comes to that part of their business.

Yea, I'm so happy that you that your computer is all fixed up again.
We have taken our computer into best buy in the past and had their geek department work on it.
They are good, and in our case, they were very honest with us 1 time when I asked if it was worth fixing, based on the age, or if we should replace it. They gave me a very honest answer, and of course we got it fixed but that was the last time, we upgraded soon there after.
