Good is bad?

For some time I keep hitting a big wall in my mind.Why when someone makes a mistake by doing/telling something you are supposed to understand and forgive that person but when you do the same they stop talking to you?and why some people tell you to honest but when what you think does not match there opinion ,you are wrong/stupid/imature?

We all make mistakes and God forgives us so we should forgive others mistakes as well. Try to just focus on what you need to do to grow and be happy in this life. We are examples for those around us, so shine! =)
