If you count this according to Mathematical Rule, i.e. BODMAS -Bracket Of Division Multiplication Subtraction, then you get the answer 10 -i.e. 10 in hands, 10 in legs.
If you count it just from left-right, you get 20 -the total fingers on Hands and Legs.
I don't know, how I invented this..but it's really coooooool.
