Stress-free life? stay away from your gadgets!

this is sooo true. Every time i check my inbox, i get stressed. Inquiries that need schedules that barely match my staff's. anyway, I want to drink coffee but I'd rather not do it as it is late in the afternoon already. do your gadgets stress you?

I’m only get stressed when I can’t work my gadgets. Lol! I keep them all downstairs when I go to sleep.

@Janet357 None until I check in the morning. My gadgets go into night mode unless there is an emergency from my favs. We also have a landline.

No they dont, I really try to give my worries to God. Stress and worry dont add a thing except gray hair to our lives! Lol

I never check my mail and other business matters after dinner. The dinner time it is my time to shut off every electronic gadgets.
