@Shivram59 Thank you I have had jobs where I spoke English all day and that helped a lot. Yes, everyone is welcome here. It is really nice we don't have to write perfect English here. That is one of the reasons why many countries are represented here. On the sites where we have to write flawless or almost flawless English many of the members are native speakers.

@Porcospino I am told there are many sites like the one you are telling about.Mylot is an exception.Everyone is welcome here.And that's what makes mylot great.You have a very good knowledge of English.But even those who can't write flawless English are never scoffed at.That's one of the qualities that attracted me towards mylot.

@Porcospino Thanks.You are right.I joined mylot only after my friend told me that mylot does not expect its members to write grammatically correct English.It was he who told me about mylot.He said to me that mylot would improve my knowledge of English.He was right. A few years back I joined a convent school as maths and Hindi teacher.There we had to speak in English as much as possible.But there I could not develop my ability to speak in English. Now,three years after joining mylot ,I can say that this site has helped me improve my knowledge of this language.

@resukill English is not my first language either.And here there are many whose first language is not English.They make many grammatical mistakes.But they participate here in interaction with users from across the globe.This is the beauty of this unique site.

@Fliafaith Exactly.Mylot does not expect you to have a perfect knowledge of the English language.All you need is a "workable" knowledge of the language to join the site.Most of the users don't have English as their first language.
