Irritating Brother!!

I have a brother who is 5 years younger to me!!
He is real irritating person because he slaps me all the time (though lightly), but when I try to slap him (even more lighter than him), he covers his face and run throughout the house!!
What further irritates me more is that, he makes such a childish face and puppy face, I gulp down my anger!! And, I burst into laughter!! Moreover, he slaps me when I am unguarded..
I hurl all kind of threats to him and what he does in return makes me feel like going THANOS!! He again repeats his nuisance while I am unguarded!!
He is the only spice in my life that makes me feel hopeful, happy, sad, angry and what not!!
How you deal with your sibling(s)?

Now he doesn't slap me but he hits me but then I annoy him more!! That's the update now!!

I have a brother 8 years younger than me, he really likes spending time together and we play games and stuff...one of my biggest reasons to live

Yes, I wish my brother was more of fun!! But he loves to fight and that's end! He does not like going out to shoppings or anything!!
