Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 60 degrees and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore with an expected high of 65. I slept well last night probably because I didn't take a nap and I had a helluva workout at the gym. It feels good to wake up and not be completely exhausted. No big plans for the day. I have work and then that's it. Hopefully I will have an interest in cooking dinner tonight. We will see on that one. What's everyone else up to today?

I hope you have a good day at work. Nice temps. We're getting into the low forties today. The wind chill is about the same, so it will be nice. Today, I'm going to work on the computer and maybe watch a movie. I'm totally exhausted after yesterday. I couldn't make it to the Y this morning.

Glad you got a good rest. I have no major plans today yet, though that is subject to change as the day goes on, I'll just wait & see. The weather here is pretty cold at the moment, so I will likely avoid going out without a really good reason.
