A sanitation worker in Missouri that does good deeds for an elderly lady

Billy Shelby who is a sanitation employee in Independence Missouri is one person who enjoys helping an 88 year old elderly customer named Opal Zucca who sufferers from dementia.
Billy showed concern for Opal by taking her empty garbage can from the sidewalk to the driveway so she or her relatives do not have to get the trash can on the sidewalk.
Billy has gained a friend with Opal and her relatives due to his kindness out of the love inside of his heart that he enjoys assisting other people while getting paid to work in a job that enjoys.
