It is now nearly 3am on the 17th which means that it has been 15 days since my last post and 16 days since my sister broke her ankle. It seems weird that it has been that long since but the days do seem to drag on here at my sisters. So much so that I have begun cleaning her house room by room. Both of my nephew's rooms are clean as well as the room by the back door and the downstairs bathroom. I've also made a ramp out of wood and foam that we were going to throw out but it makes it easier to get her in and out of the bathroom now. Not much has happened or changed since my last post. My uncle is mad at me because I didn't take him to work the last 3 days and had Dave do it. Apparently Dave's driving makes him nervous. Kaylee's senior pictures turned out great and to be honest, we got them done within 10 minutes or less. We knew exactly what we wanted so I really only took maybe 10 to 20 pictures and then figured out what ones would work the best. The last few days I have been getting more sleep than usual but that's because I haven't been taking my uncle to work. I'm sure this week coming up will be back to normal all except that I have a training to go to. I had thought that one of Robbie's nurses would be able to watch him while I was at the training as it was during the time she usually comes anyway but she decided that she wasn't going to come in. Thankfully my mom has the day off and can sit with Robbie while I go. My Sister. She had surgery Weds and came home Friday. Today was the first day where her bf wasn't around so I had to help her into the bathroom. When he is home, he has her use a commode and HE wipes her. When he found out that I had been taking her into the bathroom instead of using the commode, he got mad at me but it was my sister's idea to go into the bathroom. That was fine with me because 1 = I am not comfortable with wiping her. 2 = It would not hurt her to get up and move around a bit. Besides, it's not all that much more movement to go from the chair to the wheelchair to the toilet than it is to go from the chair to the commode. 3 = The commode pinches her and makes her leg hurt while sitting in it. Sitting on the toilet does not. 4 = The commode is in the livingroom where everyone can see. She doenst have a screen and when her bf wipes her, he throws it in the garbage can in the room instead of taking it to the bathroom. RYAN I'm not sure if I wrote about my youngest nephew or what's been going on with him before so I'll just post the background really quick. My sister lashes out at my nephew for stupid things and gets on his case the minute he gets home from school. As a result he is defiant and talks back to her. He also wants to move in with his dad because he can't stand how his mom treats him anymore. He doesn't do this to me and actually does his chores with me only asking once. He will also ask me if I need help if he sees me cleaning or doing the dishes. And that's because I don't get on his case about his chores. While my sister was in the hospital, we all had a great few days. There was no yelling or fighting. The kids would come home from school and I would give Ryan an hour to relax before asking him to do the cat litter. Ryan also had control of the TV and I made sure to have drinks and snacks for both kids. Even though I showed him what I bought for both him and kk, he still asked to have certain things and I told him that the juice is for both and he didn't have to ask and as far as the mac and cheese cups, it was a 4 pack so two were for him and two were for KK. Here's hoping for a speedy recovery for my sister. I am currently stuck at her house every day when there is no nurse and if one calls in, I have to do the overnight. Tonight is my normal overnight anyway and I don't mind it. Robbie is pretty easy to take care of.

@CountryGirl31 I am so sorry your sister broke her ankle. Has she always treated Ryan with disrespect or is it because of her ankle. You are a good sister and good aunt. I hope you will be home soon.

@CountryGirl31 That must be so hard. Does he ever stay with you to get away from her yelling at him. Does she take medication to help with her bipolar and to not be so mean to her son?

@CountryGirl31 Will he get what he needs by going to live with his Dad?

She has always been like that. He could be sitting doing his homework and she would yell at him for not cleaning the cat litter. My sister is very bipolar. This week I should be able to sleep in my own bed so that will be nice.

Thank you. I hope so too. It’s getting old being here so much. I want to be home with my fur babies.

@CountryGirl31 I can understand how you would want to be instead with your furbabies.

@Hannihar a few of my fur babies don’t like it at all. One has gotten very mad when I’m not home and has taken to hiding under my bed and only coming out to eat/drink/use the cat litter. Of course she also does that during the winter too. She hates the cold.
