First ever professional massage

When we are in Palawan we indulge ourselves on a massage therapy. In our last day we visit a spa and had a full body massage. It is a treat from my brother. The massage therapist that massage me is a small woman and has a thin body but her fingers and hand are really heavy. I need to undress to have a full body massage. I enjoy the pressure to my muscles. Although some are so hard that it really hurts. It feels so great I want to have it again. It is for one hour there is a relaxing music and a relaxing scent in the spa. I will save money and want to always have a massage.

usually the therapist will ask you what kind of pressure you prefer - light, medium or heavy - and you're allowed to change your mind if it gets uncomfortable. just let them know and they'll adjust the pressure

She did not ask me what I want. I just trust her that she knows what pressure is right for me

@averygirl72 even if they did not ask, they want to know if they're hurting you or not so they want clients to speak up so they will have a good experience and come back again.

@averygirl72 In his case was more serious than a simple spine pain, but at the hospital they have good professionals.

@averygirl72 It is cheap in the Philippines. An hour massage here in Germany is at least 35 €. That would be P1, 890.

Full Body Massage is great for your body. It heals so many of your body ailments. They activate the nerve heads by putting pressure at particular point that is great for the body.I make it a point to get me a head massage every time I have my haircut that itself gives me so much of satisfaction.

We are lucky to be living near several massage parlors. They do home service so it is more relaxing when done at home especially before bedtime.

There is a free massage therapy course here in our place sponsored by the local government. Maybe this job is not for me. I don't have heavy and strong hands
