Heaviness in the head

All because of the restless sleep last night, my head is super heavy at present. Moreover, taking care of an ill child demands a lot. I'm really afraid what will happen all through the day. I need a lot of patience and courage.

Could you be taking ill? A heavy head makes me think of a headache and congestion, perhaps you have caught the virus that your son has?

A Heavy head can be a symptom of more serious issue, like hypertension. If you often got heavy head, you should see a doctor. I sometimes get heavy head but that only happens because I don't have enough sleep. Weekend is comming, lets relax and have some beauty sleep.
