You are talking about friends? Not referral?
really I don't know eaxctly about friends. I hope so because I have few friends here and they post on my discussions and I do the same with their discusions. I think there is not difference.

You get a percentage of what they earn. I think it's something like 25%.

You earn more to post comment, but also receive some from the responses to your questions, response form friends and others. I don´t know what´s the value, but sometimes in days where I have more responses to my discussions I earn more.

Well, I hope so! The mylot is not onyl about earning, but the friendships, and discussions. Do not forget it.
