Cabbage Rolls

The cabbage roll project is going really well. I just called out to my husband to see if he was ready to get the ingredients together...he is asleep.
He's feeling better today; but he always stays up to late at night (so do I). So, for now, the CRP (cabbage roll project), is on hold.
How are your projects going today?

@MALUSE It's a tomato juice with other vegetable juices added to it. There is also a bold flavor which is spicy, I believe.

Do let us know how they turn out. These damn things are freaking delicious but making them properly confounds me, and I am pretty good in the kitchen. The last batch turned into an unplanned inside out casserole. I mangled them with the potato masher in frustration.

Don't attack the cabbage rolls! They turned out yummy. Neither of us could wait until Christmas; and we both had some. Tomorrow we will have them for dinner and then have some cheesecake. That's the project for today.

@LindaOHio I became very violent with those cabbage rolls. My wife thought I'd lost my mind. 
Well, maybe I exaggerate just a bit.

That is good that he is feeling better....but I understand about the staying up late. I do as well! Hope the project has gone well.
I got the vegetable tray for the family get together. I want to make some low carb tiger fudge, but I don't plan to take it, so no rush.

@LindaOHio It is kind of striped/marbled. You mix chocolate chips and peanut butter, and then white chocolate chips and peanut butter. On the bottom you put the chocolate mixture, and then you put the white mixture on top and swirl them together.

@dfollin That is a Pixabay photo. We do add tomato sauce, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, etc. and pour over the cabbage rolls before they bake.
