How do/did you balance your education and social life.

I study Engineering and it is really hard to balance between my social life and getting good grades. Whenever I try to improve one, the other declines. Any advice?

Welcome to myLot. Enjoy the site! The first step for all newbies is to read the Guidelines to learn what is allowed or not on the site. Although it is not obligatory, you can write a post introducing yourself so that we can get to know you. Furthermore, read around as much as you can, Like and Comment on other members' posts. Only then will members come to your site and do the same. This is called interaction. Don't expect too much money-wise. If you reach $5 a month (the payout limit), you can call yourself lucky. --- It would also be nice if you added the name of your country to your account page.

I myself study a Bachelor of Health and Medical Science with a major in medical science as well as a Bachelor of Science with a double major the first in Genetics and second in Immumology/Virology. So. I can completely understand your pain of socialising being non existent and grades are good and socialising being existent but grades bad. Before I give any advice: do you have a planner? Where you put detailed information about what you are doing each day? Obviously you have a timetable for classes but like a seperate one?
