New Free Game from Playstation / myLot

So last night I got around to checking to see what this months free game on Playstation was and there are actually 3 free games. I had not heard of two of them but one of them was Sims4. I don't now if any of you have tried to play Sims before but I thought I would give it a try. The game has been around for a long time and seems some people really like it. I tried it out last night and having never played it before I took my time reading how to play it and setting up my Sim guy. I was very confused at what I was really suppose to be doing. After playing around for an hour or so I realized this might not be the game for me. It's very slow going and seems to me you keep doing the same thing over and over again and don't really get anywhere. If you have played this game before did you like it? Is there something I am missing in this game to make it more enjoyable?

LOL, well there are a lot of games on there and they are quite different, not sure this would be his thing or not.

I tried an old version years ago and to be honest I did not like at all.

Yea, I feel like I am missing something or not understanding something about the game cause it seems very boring at this point but I wonder why it seems so popular for so long.

If you have playstation plus they offer 1-3 games a month for free. Sometimes they are good games sometimes they are not worth the free download LOL. Like last month was goat simulator and it wasn't even worth 5 minutes of play.
