Fried Rice for Breakfast / myLot

I made fried rice for breakfast. It’s an easy dish made with rice and soy sauce and eggs. Quite vegetarian. No meat at all. If I had prawns or squids at home, I might have made a different kind of fried rice - maybe Chinese style fried rice. How do you like your fried rice cooked?

Mmm! I make mine with different ingredients with my old rice. This morning I had Spam, egg and tater tots with a slice of toast. I know not too healthy but it's good.

Eggs are healthy. At least that would counteract the unhealthy ones. If that is how it works.

I would have put some veggies but I don’t have any in my fridge so I just use soy sauce and eggs. This recipe is my mother’s. She cooked fried rice this way if there aren’t any meat or veggies. It’s the poor person fried rice.

I like Chinese sausage and eggs in my fried rice when I eat rice (don’t eat rice as often though)

I like a fried rice that has many chopped vegetables and bits of meats so I don't need a viand anymore. The special fried rice is a complete meal to me

Because there weren’t any veggies or meat in the fridge, I made this fried rice with eggs and soy sauce. I would have loved to put in veggies and some meat but alas, I haven’t done my groceries yet. So no veggies and no meat.
