Monthly Recap: February 2020

Hello myLot! It's that time again for a monthly doodle diary update. I'm still having a busy year so far, way busier than I thought I'd be having. Here's what I've been up to this month: 01 Had anniversary cake for breakfast, yum! 02 Tyler and I had a simple take out date, we order from Outback and watched Bojack 04 Made a huge dent in the clutter! I'm slowly going through my closet 07 Went for a nice long walk at the park across the street 09 Went to IHOP for breakfast, a rare but always delicious treat 10 I visited my grandmother, helped her with her errands, and then had drinks with friends 11 Started a new job! 12 Got very sunburned! My own fault for not using sunscreen that day 14 Celebrated Valentine's Day with Tyler, we had an inside picnic, chocolate wine included :) 15 Went to the taco truck with friends. Very cheap and VERY delicious 18-20 I helped a neighbor at the fair. Every year she sets up a science center for the kids. We built Lego race cars and straw rockets and so many other things. I always like seeing kids and their parents having a good time together. 21 A day off from work, which seems surprising this early, but I was able to cozy up on the couch and catch up on a web series I like 22 My friends and I went to Epcot! I renewed my pass and I was able to see Festival of the Arts (which I'd never seen before). I had a blast! As someone who likes to draw, seeing all the art booths set up really inspired me to start drawing again 23 Tyler and I had a strange date...we went to Ikea! I'd never been so we decided to go. I had a fun time which is weird to say about a furniture store lol 24 I got a much needed haircut, about 6 inches off. It's right above my shoulders and my head feels 3 pounds lighter (though that might be from my lack of brains lol) 25 My aunt came to town! I always enjoy her visits and she'll be here for two weeks. We went out for margaritas to celebrate 26 Tried a new restaurant! I had lobster poutine, lobster bits and creamy cheesey sauce over french fries. d e l i c i o u s And that's my month of February.
