Lanzones Fruit

Lanzones fruit is in season right now. They are sold about a little above a dollar per kilogram. When I pass by at the supermarket, the fruit stalls lining up catch my attention with their abundance so I decided to buy at least a kilo. It's sweet and juicy and perfect thirst quencher for the warm weather. Lanzones is Langsat in English. According to articles published online, it contains certain vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, B1 and B2 and a little of vitamin C. It also contains antioxidants.
