I'm sick, with which one do you stay?

I'm sick of it, who do I believe? I read information in which some doctors say that healthy people should not wear face masks because it can be counterproductive and cause more problems than solutions and that sick people should use them. On the other hand, others think that if necessary because we don't protect everyone. Even in the state where I live, the governor prohibited the movement of people on public or private transportation, unless they wear a face mask.
With which version do you keep?

In my country w have quarantine. I will not go out of my house unless there is a real need. Public transportation is very risky even is you are wearing a mask

We are supposed to stay in our houses, though we're allowed to go out shopping and do things like walk the dog. I have heard here in the U.S. to leave the face masks for the health professionals, and just keep a six foot distance away from each other.
