Strengthen your immune system

The immune system is the first line of defense when the body is infected. The ability to recognize and fight off any foreign bodies depends on how strong the immune system is. So here are tips to maintain a good immune system. Eat foods rich in vitamins, especially fruits and vegetables. Take less of alcohol, exercise more and get adequate sleep.

I go for a walk early most mornings - good at the moment as there are no people around at that time!

@Lakshman15 It's good for me mentally too - a bit of head space before the days starts. Evening walks are lovely in the summer, de-stress after a busy day :)

@gemmsky Early morning walking is always good ,but my bad luck i go in Evening time with kid. This is also giving good relaxing to me . But compare to health benefits morning walking is always good.

I need to start giving myself a bed time, I will nap here and there and have long sleeps when I do hit the bed but I know I could do myself better than that ! haha
