Ninja is japanese army special force. It's like FBI for USA.

It is a form of martial arts. Someone who studies Ninjitsu could be called a Ninja, but the term has really taken on more of a fantasy angle with "Ninja turtles" etc. People who study the art would be unlikely to refer to themselves in this manner.
