It's too normal in China,the officials and workers in the government will sell the goods that people devoted for a high price,and you can't doubt or investigate it,or you will be arrested for threating the security of Nation or slandering.and those official welfare organizations are just the gangs to serve for the nobles of CCP,they just leave a few things to those people who need it,sometimes,they leave nothing and rob the money from those people who're in the despair

@happylife1 i think so,we just never understand the core of the democracy and freedom,some countries misunderstand it,some countries ignore it,and there are a few countries suppress it.Asia has gone through a long-term autocracy,it's very hard for itself to be totally fit in the European democracy and freedom,especially the individualism and human rights of Europe
