Do you have a loan from the bank? do you know LHR?

I have a loan from bank for my house for about 12 years, now the bank asks me to choose the rate method for this loan, fixed rate or LHR, I have no idea about. I want to know which kind of rate is better.

I am sorry, I have make a mistake, it should be LPR, that means Loan Prime Rate

I have owned two house and a mobile home once. But I do not know what LHR is without looking it up. Look it up and decide what would be the best way for you can go.

I take loan from my own corroboration
